The condo complex features private beach access, 14`x20` pool and 10`x10` kiddie pool, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access at the pool and Beach & Racquet Club office, community grills, and community coin-operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building (there is no washer/dryer inside this condo).
